Payment Information

We have different payment plans at YouthWorks. These payment plans are dependent on your registration date. The dates for your organization’s payment plan can be found in your registration confirmation email, Mission Contract (attached to the confirmation email) or by logging in to your account.

Summer 2018 payment information

If you register from 6/12/17 to 9/15/17:

  • Eight weeks from your registration date: A $50 deposit per space is due. This payment will go toward the total trip cost. Deposit payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. This is the last day to make reductions without penalty. Reductions made after this date will result in a forfeiture of the $50 deposit per the reduced space(s). This forfeiture will not be transferred to your trip’s remaining balance.
  • February 15, 2018: An additional $100 per space is due. This is the last day to reduce spaces from your registration. After this date, you will be financially responsible for all registered spaces.
  • May 1, 2018: The final payment of the remaining balance, background check form and proof of liability insurance form are due.

If you register from 9/16/17 to 1/4/18:

  • Six weeks from your registration date: A $50 deposit per space is due. This payment will go toward the total trip cost. Deposit payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. This is the last day to make reductions without penalty. Reductions made after this date will result in a forfeiture of the $50 deposit per the reduced space(s). This forfeiture will not be transferred to your trip’s remaining balance.
  • February 15, 2018: An additional $100 per space is due. This is the last day to reduce spaces from your registration. After this date, you will be financially responsible for all registered spaces.
  • May 1, 2018: The final payment of the remaining balance, background check form and proof of liability insurance form are due.

If you register from 1/5/18 to 3/20/18:

  • Six weeks from your registration date: A $50 deposit per space is due. This payment will go toward the total trip cost. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. This is the last day to make reductions to your trip. After this date, you will be financially responsible for all registered spaces.
  • May 1, 2018: The final payment of the remaining balance, background check form and proof of liability insurance form are due.

If you register between 3/21/18 and 5/1/18:

  • Three weeks from your registration date: A $50 deposit per space is due. This payment will go toward the total trip cost. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. This is the last day to make reductions to your trip. After this date, you will be financially responsible for all registered spaces.
  • May 21, 2018: The final payment of the remaining balance, background check form and proof of liability insurance form are due.

If you register after 5/1/18:

  • Upon registration, your full payment is due and you are responsible for all registered spaces. Your background check form and proof of liability insurance form are also due.

Summer 2017 payment information

If you register on or before 1/17/17

  • 4 weeks from your registration date: A $50 non-transferable and non-refundable deposit is required per person. This is also your last to make reductions without penalty. Reductions after this date will result in a forfeiture of the $50 deposit for the space(s).
  • February 15, 2017: 40% of your total balance is due. This is also the last day to drop spaces from your registration. After this date, you will be responsible for all spaces.
  • May 2, 2017: Final payment of the remaining balance is due.

If you register between 1/18/17 and 2/28/17

  • 4 weeks from your registration date: A $50 non-transferable and non-refundable deposit is required per person. This is also the last day to drop spaces from your registration. After this date, you will be responsible for all spaces.
  • May 2, 2017: Final payment of the remaining balance is due.

If you register between 3/1/17 and 4/3/17

  • May 2, 2017: Full trip cost and paperwork is due. This is also the last day to drop spaces from your registration. After this date, you will be responsible for all spaces.

If you register between 4/4/17 and 4/30/17

  • Pay nothing for 30 days from registration. 30 days from registration, full payment and paperwork are due. This is also the last day to drop spaces from your registration.

If you register after 5/1/17

  • Pay nothing until 30 days before your trip. 30 days from trip start date full payment and paperwork are due. The is also the last day to drop spaces from your registration.
  • When you register within 30 days of your trip, full trip payment and paperwork are due at the time of registration.

You can find your specific due dates in three locations:

  1. Your registration confirmation email
  2. Mission Contract (attached to your confirmation email)
  3. Logging into your account. When you receive your registration confirmation email, please take a minute to put the due dates on your calendar. These dates are specific to your organization and important for planning your trip.

  • Log into your account and make a payment with an e-check or credit card or mail your check to: YouthWorks NW 6194, PO Box 1450, Minneapolis, MN 55485-6194.*

*All payments made to YouthWorks are non-refundable. Please see the Cancellation Policy for more detail.

Change your registration numbers

  • More participants can always be added as long as there are open spaces available. Log into your account to view available spaces and then add them to your registration.
  • You may decrease your number of spaces by submitting a written request to your Trip Consultant (an email is preferred) before the due date referenced in your confirmation email, Mission Contract, or your account (log in here).
