Payment Information

We have different payment plans at YouthWorks. These payment plans are dependent on your registration date. The dates for your organization’s payment plan can be found in your registration confirmation email, Mission Contract (attached to the confirmation email) or by logging into your account.

Summer 2017 payment information

If you register 6/13/16 thru 1/17/17

  • A $50 non-transferable and non-refundable deposit is required per person and is due 4 weeks from your registration date.
  • 40% of your total balance is due 2/15/17.
  • 2/15/17 is also the last day to drop spaces from your registration. After 2/15/17, you will be financially responsible for all spaces.
  • Final remaining balance is due 5/2/2017.

If you register 1/18/17 thru 5/1/17

  • A $50 non-transferable and non-refundable deposit is required per person and is due 4 weeks from your registration date.
  • 4 weeks from your registration date is the last day to drop spaces. After 4 weeks, you will be financially responsible for all spaces.
  • Final remaining balance is due 5/2/2017.

If you register 5/2/2017 thru the end of the summer season, your full payment is due at time of registration.

 

Spring Break

If you register 6/13/16 thru 1/16/17

If you register 1/17/17 thru 2/14/17

  • A $50 non-transferable and non-refundable deposit is required per person and is due 4 weeks from your registration date.
  • 4 weeks from your registration date is the last day to drop spaces. After 4 weeks, you will be financially responsible for all spaces.
  • Final remaining balance is due 2/15/2017.

If you register 2/15/17 thru the end of the spring break season, your full payment is due at time of registration.

Find your specific due dates

You can find your specific due dates in three locations:

  1. Your registration confirmation email
  2. Mission Contract (attached to your confirmation email)
  3. Logging into your account. When you receive your registration confirmation email, please take a minute to put the due dates on your calendar. These dates are specific to your organization and important for planning your trip. 

Make payments

  • Log into your account and make a payment with an e-check or credit card or mail your check to: YouthWorks NW 6194, PO Box 1450, Minneapolis, MN 55485-6194.*

*All payments made to YouthWorks are non-refundable. Please see the Cancellation Policy for more detail.

Change your registration numbers

  • More participants can always be added as long as there are open spaces available. Log into your account to view available spaces and then add them to your registration.
  • You may decrease your number of spaces by submitting a written request to your Trip Consultant (an email is preferred) before the due date referenced in your confirmation email, Mission Contract, or your account (log in here).
  • After 2/15/17, you are financially responsible for the full amount of all registered spaces. For spring break trips, you are financially responsible for the full amount of registered spaces after 1/16/17.
