You made it to our Referral Program. We’re hoping because you have an amazing candidate(s) to refer to us!
Our referral program is so important to our ministry and you can play an important role in the development of the next generation of leaders in the church. Plus, you’ll receive and awesome incentive from us. Our Summer Staff fulfill the mission of YouthWorks through creating meaningful Christ-centered mission trips for youth. Though it’s a challenging experience, we’ve seen countless staff grow in remarkable ways and attribute their YouthWorks summer as a transformational season for their faith and leadership development.

3. Fill out the web-form below to give us your referrals. If you’re referring more than one person, you’ll have to fill out the form separately for each referral.
Candidates
- Must be at least 18 years of age and one year post-high school or equivalent
- Actively pursuing a relationship with Christ
- Desire to serve the Church
- Model servant leadership
- Have a teachable spirit
- Able to engage with teenagers in authentic, relational ways
Referral
- Refer 1 Candidate, Get a $25 Amazon Gift Card -OR- Donate to YouthWorks Community Partners
- Refer 3 Candidates, Get a $50 Amazon Gift Card -OR- Donate to YouthWorks Community Partners
- If One of Your Referrals Applies, Get a $100 Amazon Gift Card -OR- Donate to YouthWorks Community Partners (limited to one $100 gift card per referrer)
