  Family Mission Trips

Multi-Generational Trips

Multi-generational trips are tailored to the needs and capabilities of groups from all ages and will provide meaningful service opportunities as well as cultural and recreational opportunities for every generation to enjoy.

This 4-night (Sunday evening – Thurs morning) experience is an excellent way for your church to invite people of all ages to serve, learn and grow together.

Multi-generational Mission Trips will be available the weeks of July 25 and August 1 for $228 US and CN at the following communities:

Typical Day - Sample Schedule

Sunday

4:30-6:00 pm Groups Arrive
6:30 pm Supper
7:00 pm Site Orientation Meeting
9:00 pm Evening Programming
10:30 pm Lights Out

Monday through Wednesday

7:00 am Breakfast Team Prepares Breakfast Buffet
7:30-8:15 am Breakfast (Everyone packs their own lunch)
8:15-8:45 am Family Devotions/Quiet Time to Prepare for the Day
8:45 Entire Group Gathers for Prayer
9:00 am Depart for Work Ministry Sites
Noon Lunch at Site
1:00 pm Work at Ministry Sites
3:00 pm Clean up the Work Ministry Sites
3:30-5:30 pm Free Time/ Shower Time (dinner team prepares meal)
5:30-6:30 pm Dinner and Cleanup
6:45-8:00 pm Evening Activity *
8:00-8:30 pm Evening Processing Time
8:30 pm Lights Out in Sleeping Areas
10:30 pm

Thursday

8:00 am Breakfast
9:00 am Cleanup/ Packing
10:00 am Commissioning
By 11 am Pictures and Good-Byes. Then you are on your way home!

*Evening activities provide an opportunity for participants and staff to relax, enjoy fellowship with one another or experience the culture of the community. One evening activity will be off-site, offering a unique,cultural experience for the whole group. The other two nights are designed to be more flexible and low-key (indoor/outdoor game night, community cookout, etc).
