A summer on YouthWorks staff is life changing and rewarding, but also intense and tiring. YouthWorks staff must be committed to God and their summer staff team. Each individual must be teachable and eager to grow. They must be willing to build relationships with community members and have a love for youth. Staff must be ready to step into servant leadership roles over peers and adults. Staff must be good stewards of company resources and able to operate company vehicles. Flexibility and resourcefulness are important as staff encounter many unplanned and unexpected situations.

Sunday Schedule
1:00 - Staff prepares meal and awaits the groups arrival
4:30-6pm - Groups Arrive
6:30 - Light Supper
7:00 - Leader's Meeting/Youth Orientation Meeting
8:30-9:30 - Club [Nightly worship with a talk given by
program staff.]
9:30-10:30 - Nightly Staff Meeting. [Churches in Church Group Devotions.]
11:15 - Lights Out
Monday through Thursday Schedule
6:45am - Lead a Breakfast Team and prepare the Breakfast Buffet
7:00 - Wake Up [participants]
7:15-7:45 - Breakfast Buffet Open [Each participant packs their own lunch]
7:45-8:15 - Get Dressed, etc. [participants]
8:15-8:40 - Personal Devotions/ Quiet Time to Prepare for the Day
8:40-8:45 - Entire Group Gathers for Prayer
9:00 - Depart for Work Ministry Sites
Noon - Lunch
1:00pm - Return to Work Ministry Sites
3:45 - Cleanup Work Ministry Sites
4:00-5:30 - Free Time/ Shower Time [Dinner team prepares meal with staff]
5:00-5:30 - Adult Leaders' Meeting [led by Site Director]
5:30-6:30 - Dinner and Cleanup
6:30-8:30 - Evening Activity
8:45-9:45 - Club
9:45-10:30 - Nightly Staff meeting [Church Group Devotions]
10:30-11:00 - Relationship building with students
11:15 - Lights Out
