A summer on YouthWorks staff is life changing and rewarding, but also intense and tiring. YouthWorks staff must be committed to God and their summer staff team. Each individual must be teachable and eager to grow. They must be willing to build relationships with community members and have a love for youth. Staff must be ready to step into servant leadership roles over peers and adults. Flexibility and resourcefulness are important as staff encounter many unplanned and unexpected situations.
