1. Potential YouthWorks staff must be in their first year out of high school
[equivalent of a first year college student]. This is the starting age that
we will consider. We also believe that you are never too old to serve on YouthWorks
staff.
2. Summer staff must have a drivers license and be able to operate
company vehicles. Potential staff can be disqualified based on their driving
record.
3. Summer staff must be available for the entire summer. They must attend
the appropriate training retreats.
4. All summer staff must complete CPR and first aid certification before
the summer begins.
