Our recruiting team works diligently to recruit, interview and hire over 350 summer staff. They are looking for the best of the best to serve in over 70 communities throughout the summer. Once individuals are hired this team prayerfully considers which communities to place people in for the summer and creates staff teams based on people’s strengths, talents and positions.
SITE DEVELOPMENT TEAM
The site development team works throughout the year to develop, maintain and grow relationships in our 70 communities. Logistically they handle the set up of our housing, service day and evening activities. However, it is our community partners that provide us the direction we need in order to help churches serve effectively during the summer.
TRIP CONSULTANT TEAM
Every church that signs up for a YouthWorks trip is assigned to a Trip Consultant. They walk alongside each church group from registration through to the completion of your trip, listening, answering questions and helping to prepare you well for your service experience.
TRAINING & PROGRAMMING
The name tags, meals, devotion journals, evening programming and everything else that happens as a part of the YouthWorks program is managed by this team. As the program is developed they then create, write and facilitate the training for our 350+ summer staff so the program can be lived out in each of our YouthWorks communities.
We are grateful for YouthWorks’ strong leadership in each department. Our Directors work together to develop staff, create materials, set up mission sites, and invite others into the story of what God is doing through YouthWorks.
